Is there a fee to join as a vendor?

For the first 100 vendors, it’s completely free to join. You can list up to 50 products without any fees.

Do I need to provide documents to sign up?

No. If you’re signing up directly at our JIS event booth, no documents are required.

How many products can I list?

You can list unlimited products. The first 50 products are free of fees, after which additional listings may have associated costs.

How do vendors handle shipping?

We have partnered with Shippo, fully integrated into our platform. Vendors can: - Get shipping rates from multiple carriers. - Print shipping labels directly through Shippo. - Or, if preferred, enter shipping information manually using your own carrier account.

How is payment handled?

We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Customers pay through Stripe, and vendors receive payouts through the same system.

What percentage does 7 Jewels take from each sale?

We keep our fees transparent and simple: - Transaction Fee: 5% of the total order (item price + shipping). - Payment Processing Fee: 3% of the total order (item price + shipping) + $0.25 per transaction
